This is really a great job..

Is your tank in alloy or steel?
What diameter are your forks? They look very strong.

Thanks a lot for pictures about your bike and your work!

Thank you :) tank is steel, fork legs are 33mm. Maybe a bit heavy, bu it is not for racing. Street use only.

Hi Morten,

Clean machine...I like the design.
Will make a beautiful sports moped.

I see you change the clutch too,is the bad part in he Gilera engine.
I had a friend racing one ,we made it rotary. The clutch was always complaining.

By the way...isn't your port timing a bit on the very hot side ?

Thanks, Yes I know the timing is too hot.......... ...it`s a problem with the 43mm stroke crank to get it all set
I have tried to find a AM6 42mm crank but it is very hard. For me this is a first time try to use a liner,
and i just had to see if there where room enough for the transfers in a stock Gilera cylinder.
I am all ready working on a new cylinder with a liner from Kawa KX65/Suki RM65
And after that I hope to make a rotary engine :)
There are a lot of very nice clutches for Vespa V50 smallframe. I had no problems in my 80cc Trial using Malossi 4 plate clutch and Polini spring.

Just a small step closer..........

With red frame, tank and fenders, and gold rims i hope it will be good.

Con telaio rosso, serbatoio e parafanghi, i cerchi d'oro e spero che sarā un bene.

Yes i will use lighter cast rims, also lighter front fork with better brakes.
But for the colours, it will be red and gold rims :)
