| Leerdammer,Maasdammer ,and most Gouda are mass produced for export. They are totally OK to eat though. But I am more happy with farmers oude kaas (vintage cheese) ,komijnenkaas (with seeds in it) or nagelkaas (vintage cheese with strong spices in it) @ Claudio....
