| Thank you Rolf for your research, and of course for the english version when will be possible. Yes, we know about the funny handlebars. When I was racing in the '70ies, the minimum width was 45 cm. and looking at the image I posted yesterday, you can appreciate how the bars are long to reach the legal width.
We're waiting for the next episode ...
