This is the start of my project, 1980 Gilera TS frame. Touring/Trial tank.
1967 Suzuki T20 18" frontwheel
2002 Yamaha 50 TZR front fork. (will be modified for that 70`s look)
1996 Honda MB5 18" rearwheel (will be silver hub)
Welded tank
Seat and front fender. Epoxy/glass

The Yamaha YZ80 liner in place, bore 49mm outer diameter 57mm
Started on the transfer ports, looks like this are not gonna work.
Can not get the right shape on the transfers because of the space.... but we have to try

PS: the motor has been fired, but it need some adjustment, ignition, carburettor and pipe length
